Technology can certainly make completing tasks more convenient, as well as provide us with many hours of entertainment options. Pros:
There is no doubt that the world is a better place because of the development of technology. Some believe that it enhances our quality of life, it improves our health care and work place standards. Machines nowadays can replace humans in a lot of manual tasks, which reduces injuries. Computers can do a billion calculation per second, and the applications of this are endless.
Cons:
Some researchers have found that Vietnamese love technology and are willing to spend a lot of money on them. Many people use technology for many hours to relax, instead of to apply it to work. This makes the efficiency of technology in real life not as high as we imagine and would expect.
In addition, our children who are our next generation, now spend too much time on technology devices, games and internet as a form of entertainment. As a result, many ophthalmic (eye) diseases and conditions are increasing within the population. Greater numbers of young people than ever before need to wear glasses.
